| 4 links | Sausages by Amylu Gourmet Chorizo Chicken Sausage, diced into 1⁄2” pieces (can substitute 4 links of the Chipotle Pepper flavor) |

| Garlic, chopped |

| 2 tsp. | Vegetable oil |
| 30 oz. can | Diced tomatoes |
| 2 15-oz.cans | Chicken broth |
15-oz.can
| Black kidney beans |
15-oz.can
| Great Northern beans |
15-oz.can
| Mexican chili beans |
12-oz.can
| Tomato paste |
| | Salt, chili powder, and pepper (white, black or cayenne) to taste |
DIRECTIONS:
- Sauté, in a large skillet, onion, garlic and all peppers in vegetable oil until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add Sausages by Amylu Chipotle Pepper and Gourmet Chorizo Chicken Sausages, diced tomatoes, chicken broth and all beans.
- Bring to a low boil.
- Season with salt, chili powder and pepper.
- Add tomato paste; heat an additional 30 minutes.
- Top bowls of chili with nacho chips, sour cream and/or diced avocados.
Serve with Southwest Corn Bread on the side.
