INGREDIENTS:
| 2 links | Sausages by Amylu Gourmet Chorizo Chicken Sausage, diced |
1 cup
| Butter |
| 3/4 cup | Sugar |

| Eggs |
| 1/2 cup | Green chilies, diced |
| 1 1/2 cup | Cream-style corn |
1/2 cup
| Cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1/2 cup | Monterey Jack cheese, shredded |
| 1 cup | Flour |
1 cup
| Yellow cornmeal |
2 Tbsp
| Baking powder |
| 1 tsp. | Salt |
DIRECTIONS:
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add eggs slowly, one at a time.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
- Stir in diced chicken sausage.
- Pour into a well-buttered 9" square pan.
- Bake in a preheated 325° oven for approx. 1 hour.
