Seth's Lyonnaise Stacks

Compliments of Seth Elgar, The School of Culinary Arts of Kendall College, Chicago, IL

INGREDIENTS:

4-6 links Sausages by Amylu Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausage, sliced diagonally into 1/2" pieces
1 med. Onion, sliced thin
  Whole grain mustard
  Your favorite hors d’oeuvre crackers

DIRECTIONS:

  • Caramelize onion slices in small amount of oil over medium heat.
  • Sauté Sausages by Amylu Apple & Gouda Cheese Chicken  Sausage until lightly browned.
  • Stack sausage slices on crackers; layer a spoonful of onions and top with whole grain mustard.
