INGREDIENTS:
| 4-6 links | Sausages by Amylu Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausage, sliced diagonally into 1/2" pieces |
| 1 med. | Onion, sliced thin |
| | Whole grain mustard |
| | Your favorite hors d’oeuvre crackers |
DIRECTIONS:
- Caramelize onion slices in small amount of oil over medium heat.
- Sauté Sausages by Amylu Apple & Gouda Cheese Chicken Sausage until lightly browned.
- Stack sausage slices on crackers; layer a spoonful of onions and top with whole grain mustard.
