INGREDIENTS:
| 4 links | Sausages by Amylu Chipotle Pepper Chicken Sausage |
| 1 | Poblano chile pepper |
| 1 | Yellow pepper |
| 1 | Red bell pepper |
| 1 | Jicama, peeled |
| 8 | Pearl onions |
| 8 | Tomatillos, peeled |
| | Sauce: Baste on grill with a cup each of prickly pear jelly and orange juice. |
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice Sausages by Amylu Chipotle Pepper Chicken Sausage into 1” pieces on the diagonal.
- Slice remaining ingredients into large pieces.
- Arrange on skewers in alternating order or let your guests make their own!
- Grill, turning frequently, until all pieces are browned.
- Serve over your favorite rice.
