INGREDIENTS:
| 4 links | Sausages by Amylu Cranberry & Cognac Chicken Sausage |
| 1 lb. | Mesclun mix |
| 2 cups | Fresh fruit in season: strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, peaches and/or apples, sliced into small pieces |
| 1 | Avocado |
1 tsp.
| Lemon juice |
| | Raspberry vinaigrette dressing |
DIRECTIONS:
- Place mesclun mix in large salad bowl, and add fruit.
- Cut avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out of outer shell; cut into small pieces and toss in lemon juice; add to salad.
- Slice each Sausages by Amylu Cranberry & Cognac Chicken Sausage link on the bias into three pieces and then into halves; warm sausage.
- Toss sausage with salad and raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
Accompaniment: French baguettes with flavored oil for dipping
