In 1918, Joseph Slotkowski founded the sausage company bearing his name. Through the mid-‘80’s, the second-generation Slotkowski family ran the business and helped to establish the brand as a household word in and around Chicago.
In 1992, ATK Foods purchased the company and pledged to preserve the family’s old-world recipes and attention to quality. We have proudly kept our promise.
